Dear Stallholders

Welcome to Mitchell Creek Rock N Blues Festival application process.

  1. Firstly Set up your stallholder account in our system.
  2. Please upload all your documents to your stall account
  3. including your COVID SAFE PLAN and insurance documents and Licenses.
  4. Also include photos of your stall.
  5. Then Choose the Application you want to apply for at the top of your profile.
  6. Once you have applied you can view your status of each application by logging back into your account and looking in your applications tab.
  7. You can print invoices from your applications tab
  8. Food Stalls after you submit go straight to the Application tab and  add your Menu
  9. Once approved you can also log in and view the application, print invoices, and get payment details all within your account profile.
  10. Make sure to Keep your documents up to date in your account profile.
